COVID-19 Social Distancing Policy

Dear Patients,

The safety and health of our patients and staff remain our top priority. It is important that we all do our part to keep our loved ones and communities healthy and safe.

In response to the current COVID-19 public health crisis and in practicing “social distancing”, we are instituting new office policies and are limiting the number of patients in our waiting room at one time.

In order to do this, we ask that you follow the following office policies:

1. If you have had a fever, cough, body aches, cold symptoms or been exposed to someone with COVID-19 we ask that you call the office to schedule a Telemedicine visit if applicable or re-schedule your visit for 14 days after your symptoms resolve.

2. When you arrive to our building, you remain in your car or outside and call the office to let us know you have arrived. We will then prepare for your visit and call you when we are able to take care of you.

3. Only the scheduled patient come to the office. In the case of pediatric patients, we ask that the child be accompanied by only one parent/guardian who does not have any of the symptoms listed in the above section “1.”.

We thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this challenging time.

Sincerely,

Mary E. Fedor, MD, FACP, FHM
